We hold many spare parts in-stock and offer a fast turnaround on machines sent into our workshop. We have clients who ship their machines to us from around the world.
We understand how mission-critical your machine can be to your production line, so offer a loan machine service whilst yours is being fixed - with loan machines usually dispatched out the same day requested.
So how does our breakdown service work for you?
STEP 1: Once you've contacted us about your breakdown, we'll send a fully-trained, qualified and trusted engineer to visit you. OR send your machine in to our workshop.
STEP 2: Our engineer will assess the system and diagnose the cause of the failure.
STEP 3: Whilst we repair your system, we can offer a loan machine service while your machine is being repaired.
